Meet Paolo

With more than 20 years of experience, Italian chef Paolo De Santis is highly passionate about pizza.

Born in Roma where pizza al taglio came from. Started his career in Australia and further honed his pizza skills under Italian master chef.

Experienced in working with 5 stars hotel and Italian restaurants all over Australia, Europe, Macau and Hong Kong. He has trained many pizza chefs and consulted to other pizzerias and restaurants.

With his never stop passion, he ranked as TOP 2 of all Hong Kong pizzerias and TOP 12 in Asia-Pacific by 50 Top best pizza in 2022.  Again in 2023, he ranked as TOP 2 of all Hong Kong pizzerias and TOP 17 in Asia-Pacific.
